Your Rights, Their Violations: Listen To The Sworn Testimonies About ICE Brutality

ICE agents kill innocent Americans. The Trump regime spreads lies to cover up the murders. How do you get to the truth?

Listen to the sworn public testimonies of American citizens brutalized by ICE. How do you make the facts quickly accessible to more people? This is how I converted the court documents into podcasts in about two hours using free software:

• I found the sworn testimonies in the excellent "We The People Dissent" Substack by K.Starling
• The Substack has links to PDF versions of the sworn testimonies like this one by Susan Tincher
• I converted the PDF to text using Google Gemini
• Next I converted the text to a voice recording using AI based Eleven Labs
• The audio is generated by AI and not Susan's voice.
• Audio renditions make it easier for more people to listen to her statements.
• I converted the audio file to a video podcast with iMovie and uploaded her testimony to YouTube
• I used editorial cartoons from Cagle Cartoons for visual appeal and perspective on ICE
• Next I created a small Wakelet collection with more public testimonies and details.

Susan Tinchner

Hers is not the lone voice of truth shouting in the darkness. In the file that contained her testimony about yesterday’s events are dozens of others, dating back to December 17, 2025. They are a part of a lawsuit, Tincher v. Noem, challenging ICE violence and misconduct towards Minnesotans.

Tincher said she was arrested by federal agents at the scene for allegedly refusing to back up and was in custody for more than five hours before being released midday. While she sat in a cell, Tincher said she mostly thought about the immigrant detainees also in the building who “had no way to contact their families.” - Sahan Journal

A lawsuit filed in Minnesota contains the testimonies of the people: Read them.

They recount stories of cruelty, abuse of power, and terror. In their own words, people describe being yanked from their cars, cuffed, threatened, and shoved. Vehicles are weaponized. Guns are brandished. One shares the words an ICE agent spoke to them: “You don’t look like you could be more than 18 years old. Is this how you want to die? With a fucking bullet in your skull?”
