Who do they work for? Follow the money with a 'mind map'.

See who funds Grover Norquist with this mindmap

Follow the money and a person's connections to find their real motivation.

"... Tax hikes will cause your life savings to collapse... plan could cause a record-setting depression” said Grover Norquist founder of Americans for Tax Reform on August 2020. The stock market jumped 25% in the year following Norquist's prediction.

Some now complain that #BuildBackBetter will be bad for the economy. See what might be clouding their opinions by following the money they get and where is comes from.

CIA officer Carrie Mathison plays a CIA officer in the TV series Homeland and uses mindmaps to analyze money flow and people's motives. We created a mindmap to trace who funded Norquist to better understand his predictions. Create your own mind map with the free Kumu app to understand the motivations of others.

Follow the money to see who they are really working for like Carrie does in Homeland. The free Kumu.io app makes it simple to do.

What is a mindmap?

"A mind map is a diagram used to visually organize information. A mind map is hierarchical and shows relationships among pieces of the whole. It is often created around a single concept, drawn as an image in the center of a blank page, to which associated representations of ideas such as images, words and parts of words are added. Major ideas are connected directly to the central concept, and other ideas branch out from those major ideas." - Wikipedia

Kumu: the free app to create mindmaps

Kumu helps make sense of a messy world. It makes it easy to organize complex data into relationship maps that are easy to understand and share with others.
Stakeholder mapping - Explore the complex web of loyalties, interests, influence, and alignment of key players around important issues.
Social network mapping - Capture the structure of personal networks and reveal key players. Visualize the informal networks to see what's going on.

Kumu is a startup changing the world one connection at a time with the manifesto: Whether you call them wicked, complex, intractable, or just plain broken, our society is facing many tough issues. We can't sit back and hope for the best. It's up to us to work through the complexity and create thoughtful, sustainable solutions.
